Refund Policy

1. Cancellation & Refunds

Brewista Coffee School offers refunds based on the following timeline from the course start date:

• Before Course Start: 100% refund if cancelled 7 days before the course begins
• 3-7 Days Before: 75% refund with administrative fee deduction
• Less than 3 Days Before: 50% refund
• After Course Begins: No refund, but students may attend future batches

2. Course Rescheduling

If you cannot attend your scheduled course, you can reschedule to a future batch at no additional cost, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 3 days before course start
• Limited to one free reschedule per enrollment
• Subject to availability and trainer capacity

3. Course Cancellation by Brewista

If Brewista Coffee School cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances:

• 100% refund or transfer to another batch at no cost
• Notification will be provided at least 5 days before course start

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method. Please allow additional time for bank processing.
